Misleading Articles

I read a couple articles online that really angered me because of misleading information.
Some articles said stay away from juicing fresh fruits and veggies because it could have bacteria but shelf juice that's been possessed, chemically altered even artificially colored it okay.
THAT'S A BIG RED FLAG & YOU SHOULD STOP READING THAT ARTICLE. 

KEEP IN MIND JUST BECAUSE ITS FDA APPROVED DOES NOT MEAN ITS GOOD OR SAFE FOR YOU!


I read another that claimed green tea cause defeats to the baby. That's just crazy,  green tea is so good for you as long as you stay within the 200mg caffeine limit daily. I mostly drink 2 cups of decaf at night. If it where caffeinated it would be about 4 cups the equivalent of 2 coffee cups daily. 
I hate when people are mislead and told to stay away from good things like green tea and juicing but McDonald is okay? There is something seriously wrong with that.

DELI MEATS:

Deli meats have been known to be contaminated with listeria, which can cause miscarriage. Listeria has the ability to cross the placenta and may infect the baby leading to infection or blood poisoning, which may be life-threatening. If you are pregnant and you are considering eating deli meats, make certain that you reheat the meat until it is steaming . This applies for Hot dogs as well (if u do eat them they must be cooked)

SOME FISH & SUSHI:

Particularly large fish like Swordfish, Tilefish, King Mackerel, and Shark should not be eaten! These Fish are high in mercury and its hard to track where the fish comes from.  
Catfish, cod, salmon and tuna are okay to eat but in moderation. 
  
Sushi and uncooked seafood is not safe because of bacteria

RAW OR UNDER COOKED MEAT: 

Rare or under cooked beef, steak or poultry should be avoided because of the risk of contamination and bacteria.
Everything you eat should be well done.

SOFT CHEESES:

Imported soft cheeses may contain bacteria called Listeria, which can cause miscarriage. Listeria has the ability to cross the placenta and may infect the baby leading to infection or blood poisoning, which can be life-threatening.
You would need to avoid soft cheeses such as: Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, Feta, Gorgonzola and Mexican style cheeses that include queso blanco and queso fresco, unless they clearly state that they are made from pasteurized milk.

TOO MUCH CAFFEINE:

Includes coffee, energy drinks, pop, tea & chocolate you should only consume 200mg of caffeine everyday that’s about 2 cups of coffee.  

Some Energy drinks even if small cans can easily pass the daily dose limit.

ALCOHOL:

I shouldn't have to say this but will anyways....

ALCOHOL is a no no. No matter what your crazy aunts, mom or grandma's say LOL... 


To sum things up avoid Raw or Under cooked Food of Animal Origin, Hot Dogs, Luncheon Meats, Unpasteurized Dairy Foods, Certain Seafood and Fish, Alcohol and too much caffeine.
