I missed the last 2 Baby Bump video’s because we were moving and once we moved things where misplaced and it was a bit hectic but everything is calming down now and things are going back to normal.
A couple more aches and pains. Sitting down or getting up takes a bit more effort and I have to do it slower. If I do it too fast it hurts.
Also Sleeping was becoming unbearable and I would wake up so frustrated I wanted to cry but all is fixed now because we bought a new bed and the mattress is firm but its foam so it molds and the tummy just feels so good now. I fall asleep and stay asleep.
I’ve noticed when getting out of bed you need to give yourself and your tummy time to adjust. My belly always looks so funny when I get up from bed. She is sitting in such a odd position so I just let her adjust and once the belly looks normal again I go ahead and stand.
The baby is now about 2.5 pounds and 15 inches long.
At this stage you need plenty of protein, vitamins C, folic acid, and iron.
This trimester, about 250 milligrams of calcium are deposited in your baby's hardening skeleton each day. Her bones are soaking up lots of calcium, be sure to drink your milk or kefir or find another good source of calcium, such as cheese, yogurt, or orange’s,
Getting baby things ready for the BIG DAY!
I’m a week away from 30 weeks so now its time to start getting things ready for when the baby arrives. I need to buy a birthing kit that comes with the birth supplies I need and also some personal things like Extra bed sheet set, extra towels, flash light, a big bowl, a cookie sheet lol… and a lot more, some things are sillier them others but I’m sure they all have a purpose.
My midwife was awesome and gave me a check off list of things I’ll be needing for labor and after labor. Keep in mind I’m having a natural home water birth so if your not, your list will look a bit different then mind.
